For the past 25 years he has been setting the strategic, commercial and operation goals of companies in the Ports, Shipyards, Marine and the Oil and Gas industries.
Jason’s specialty is leading organizations and teams to: optimize performance, grow the top line revenue and increase profitability, in a safe and sustainable manner.
He has worked in Europe, the Americas and the Middle East, and is extremely adept at handling complex, political situations and bringing all stakeholders together under a common purpose.
Throughout his career, moving from two Investment Banks to Port and Logistics and the Oil and Gas industry, through various departments; Jason has improved both the stakeholder relationships and the bottom line, without affecting the long-term health of the organization, at every point.
Jason sees health & safety, and protection of personnel and the company's assets, as a personal mantra, having implemented tailored quality management systems to continually improve all aspects of the organizations he has led.
As a Global Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA), along with a Masters in International Political Economy from Warwick University, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Finance (Specialism Corporate Finance), he has both the academic practical experience to achieve the key objectives.
He has a passion for mentoring young emerging leaders and is constantly both continually learning and passing his knowledge on wherever he can.
He is very much a family man, having been happily married for 16 years to his wife from the Bahamas and has 4 Children (ages 14, 10 and twins of 6). He has homes in Warwickshire, UK and Grand Bahama, The Bahamas where he is passionate about local community issues and development.
